ノズルの激しい往復運動による、過酷な使用条件をふまえ、強度と耐久性、耐摩耗性に優れたジュラルミン素材を選定。
また摩耗損失を抑えるアルマイト表面処理(硬度UP)を施し、ノズルセンター位置の精度向上維持に高精度オール切削加工を採用。
さらにエアーの流入側に流速の損失低減をはかるテーパー加工を施し、整流効果と流速の向上を目指しました。
