    Important notes regarding order changes and cancellations before shipping

    • Our logistics shipping department begins work after 9:00 on weekdays. Orders scheduled for same-day shipping cannot be changed or canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

    Notes on changing or canceling your order after receiving the product

    • We do not accept cancellations or exchanges for any reason after the product has arrived.

    About delivery notes and receipts

    • Please cooperate with us in going paperless (digital) with your "Delivery Note" (purchase details).
      In order to protect the environment, we do not include a delivery note with our products.
    • In order to promote eco-friendly activities, we are implementing paperless (saving paper) measures to conserve environmental resources, and we do not enclose a "delivery note" with the products you order. In consideration of the environment, we will make efforts every day to avoid issuing unnecessary paper.
    • Please check the order details, delivery date, payment amount including shipping fee etc. listed in the shipping email.

      Process until product arrival

      1. Order

      • We accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
        *We will process your orders in order of the order received.

          2. Automatic emails

          • After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.
            *If you have not received the email, it may have been sent to your spam folder, you may have entered the address incorrectly, or your email settings may be blocking emails from the domain. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure that you can receive emails from [official-shop@laylax.com].

              3. Check inventory

              • We also sell to wholesalers and shops. If your order overlaps with other orders due to the timing of your order, the order placed earlier will be given priority. We strive to keep our inventory updated on a regular basis, but there may be cases where an item is unavailable even if it is listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase. In such cases, we may contact you by phone to confirm. Thank you for your understanding.

                      5. Product Shipping

                      • Once the product has been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been shipped.
                        The tracking number for your package is clearly stated, so please be sure to check it and keep it until your product arrives.
                        *We do not generally ship products on official store holidays. Products will be shipped on the next business day.

                          Returns and Exchanges

                          Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns, cancellations or exchanges for ordered items due to customer convenience.
                          If there is a problem with the product after it arrives, please contact us within 3 days.

                          Depending on the product, the packaging may be subject to change. Also, when purchasing multiple items, the old and new packaging may be mixed.
                          Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges due to packaging changes, so please understand this before purchasing.
                          We cannot accept complaints about creases in the packaging, used items (tags removed, items used outdoors/tried on, used multiple times, or other obvious signs of use), incorrect sizes due to customer preference, cancellations of ordered items, or items without tags or packaging after opening.

                          If a defect or damage to a product is discovered after the product has been transferred to someone other than the original purchaser, we will not be able to identify the cause of the problem, even if the product is new, and therefore will not be able to accept exchanges or returns for any reason.
                          Please be sure to check that there are no defects or damage before transferring the item, and it is your responsibility as the purchaser.

                          Please note that if we determine that the item is in good condition after inspecting it, we will resend the item to you at the cost of 2,000 yen for round-trip shipping.
                          ■The cooling-off period is not required for mail order sales. As the LayLax Official Shop is accessed by customers through mail order sales, the cooling-off period does not apply. We appreciate your understanding.

                          If you return the product without contacting us, we will not be able to accept the return.

                                        <About return shipping fees>

                                          • We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the customer's circumstances. However, we will bear the cost of replacing defective products or products delivered in error.

                                              <Defective product>

                                              • In the unlikely event that the product is defective upon delivery, has been delivered incorrectly, or has been damaged during shipping, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please notify us within 3 business days and return the product within 7 business days of receiving it.
                                                We will inspect the actual item at our store, and if after inspecting the product at our store we determine that it is defective or that it was delivered incorrectly, we will process an exchange or refund.

                                                  Regarding inventory

                                                  We also sell to wholesalers and shops.
                                                  If your order timing overlaps with other orders, the order placed earlier will be given priority.
                                                  We do our best to keep our inventory updated, but there may be cases where an item is unavailable even if it is listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase. In such cases, we may contact you by phone to confirm.

                                                  If the parcel is returned to our store due to a long absence or refusal to receive the parcel

                                                  • If your order is returned to us due to an unknown address, a long absence, or refusal to accept delivery, we will charge you two shipping fees for the return shipment when we send the product to your address again.

                                                    Regarding invalid contracts based on mistake

                                                    We pay close attention to the displayed sales price, but the actual sales price may differ due to human error, etc. In such cases, we regret to inform you that we may cancel your order at our discretion in accordance with Article 95 of the Civil Code ("Contracts invalid based on mistake"). Please be aware of this before placing your order.
