The buffer spring guide is a part that smooths the movement of the buffer spring when the bolt carrier retracts. While the stock part is made of lightweight resin to avoid impeding the blowback movement, this part uses high-density steel, resulting in an ultra-heavy weight of approximately 8.8 times (211g) the stock weight, generating a hard recoil shock that is incomparable to the stock weight. This custom part will further enhance the enjoyment of the M4A1 MWS as a gas blowback rifle.
