We appreciate your cooperation in submitting reviews that were used for the purpose of using the actual product.
For issues related to the following, please contact us first before submitting a review so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- Shipping and packaging issues
- Contents related to individual product defects
Please note that these contents may not be published even if you submit them.
1. Access the product page for which you are submitting a review.
You can access this page by selecting the name of the product you ordered from "My Page" after logging in.
You can also access the site directly from the product category or search.
2. Review Submission Procedure.
(Prepare) Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
There is a section called "Review of this product".
(1) Please select the "★" mark.
The * rates are arranged from left to right as 12345.
The highest score "5" is obtained by selecting the rightmost one.
(2) Please provide review details.
The review input screen will appear when you select ★.
Image files (format: gif, jpg, png / up to 5MB) may be attached along with review comments.
(3) Enter contributor information.
・Enter the name that will be displayed as the poster in "Name".
*This will be omitted when actually posting.
・Please also enter the email address used when purchasing in the "Email" field if possible.
*If you are logged in, your customer information will be automatically set.
