On the other hand, there are some rare symptoms that may occur and some precautions to take when using it .

This product is a gas blowback handgun designed and manufactured by WE, which we have adjusted by adding parts etc.
Although the product has been thoroughly tested, the following symptoms may occur depending on usage conditions and individual differences.

■Regarding the slide stop notch reinforcement parts: The slide stop notch (the notch that the slide stop catches) is equipped with a metal reinforcement part, but due to repeated strong blowback from CO2, it may fall off depending on the individual model.
Repeated hold-open operations with the reinforcement part removed may damage the slide stop notch, which will require replacement of the slide.
If the reinforcement parts are loose or have fallen off, stop using the product and follow the steps below.
Solution: *Please reattach the part using either ① or ② below. ① Use a commercially available impact-resistant instant adhesive.
② Please contact our customer support or an airsoft gun custom shop to request repairs (repair fees will apply).
■About two-round feeding and jamming
When the magazine is hot or during rapid fire, two bullets may be fed at the same time, or a "jam" may occur where a bullet gets stuck between the slide and the chamber.
This is because the pressure of the spring pushing up the bullets in the magazine and the impact of the blowback cause the magazine lip to be unable to hold the BBs in place.
Solution:
- This can be prevented by avoiding excess ammunition (the specs say 19 rounds, but if you push it you can load 20) and excessive temperature rise.
・The stock magazine is equipped with a spacer to limit the number of rounds. If this problem occurs frequently, remove this spacer and limit the number of rounds to 19 or less.
If the above method does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support as this may be a problem due to individual differences.
■ Slide movement may become sluggish
In rare cases, you may experience symptoms such as the slide becoming sluggish or not being able to reach its full stroke.
Possible causes:
- Misalignment of the magazine and cylinder - Temporary drop in CO2 pressure or temperature change in cold weather - Damaged cylinder
Solution:
- Remove the magazine, gently move the slide several times, and then reload.
- If the magazine temperature is low, return it to room temperature (25° to 30°) before using.
- If the operation is consistently sluggish, the cylinder may be damaged. Please replace the cylinder according to the included cylinder assembly replacement instructions.
■About the hop-up adjustment screw
The hop adjustment screw may become loose due to repeated hop adjustments.
Solution:
If the hop-up adjustment screw becomes loose, you can prevent it from loosening by using a commercially available low to medium strength thread locking compound.
